Can we use our own logo, colors and exterior details?
OEM branding is available for selected models. Logos, model names, colors, graphics and visible finishes are reviewed against the model, available processes, order volume and project requirements. Approved details are recorded in the final order specification.
Can we evaluate a sample before placing a production order?
Sample evaluation is part of our OEM quotation process. Share your preferred model and configuration so our team can discuss the quotation and sample arrangements with you. The agreed branding, configuration and project scope are confirmed before production.
Can we select a different battery, motor or accessories?
Battery, motor and controller options are matched to the selected platform, intended use and target market. Accessories are reviewed against the model structure, mounting space and load requirements. Final options depend on compatibility; new development requires a separate project review.
How is the production and delivery schedule confirmed?
Production and delivery schedules depend on the model, configuration, order quantity and project scope. We confirm the schedule before the order is placed. Production starts after order confirmation, and each batch is inspected before delivery.
What certification and market documentation can you support?
We review available documents and approval scope for the exact model, configuration and destination market. For EEC projects, this may involve reviewing an existing approval or discussing support for a new certification project. Document availability and approval applicability are confirmed for the selected vehicle and final configuration.
What after-sales support is available?
Spare-parts support and warranty terms are confirmed for the selected models in the supply agreement. We discuss technical documentation and service support for your market before the order is placed.
