Once the order is confirmed, we prepare available stock or schedule production and customization. We follow the agreed specifications and inspect the vehicles before shipment.

Pack & Ship
We pack your order as complete vehicles or kits, as agreed. We then coordinate shipment and provide the required documents within the agreed scope.

Can I buy without customization?
Yes. You can buy available stock models or select existing factory configurations and accessories. Contact us to confirm stock and delivery timing for the model you need.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model and customization scope. Send us your model choice, requirements and expected quantity, and we'll confirm the applicable minimum.
Can I request a sample?
If you need a sample, tell us your preferred model and configuration. We'll confirm availability, cost and timing. A sample is optional, not a required step for every order.
Which options are already available, and which require development?
Existing battery, display and accessory options can be matched to compatible models. For new body parts, structural changes or custom systems, we first review the development scope, cost and timeline with you. You can then decide whether to proceed.
Which battery brands can I choose?
Options include Tianneng, Chilwee, KIJO and Greenway, depending on the model. We'll confirm the available brand and specifications against your voltage, capacity and installation requirements.
How soon can you deliver?
For stock orders, we confirm availability and preparation time. Custom orders depend on the model, quantity and changes required. Any tooling, development and validation time is discussed separately.
Which certifications and export documents can you provide?
Tell us your destination and document requirements. We'll review vehicle approvals, battery transport documentation and shipping documents for the exact model and configuration, and confirm what is available and applicable to your order.
Can you ship kits for local assembly?
We can discuss CBU, SKD or CKD delivery. Eligible CKD projects may also include assembly references, tooling guidance, staff training and first-batch support, with the scope agreed in advance.
What about spare parts and after-sales support?
Share your spare-parts, warranty and technical-support requirements when discussing the order. We'll confirm the available support and each party's responsibilities in the supply agreement.
